Our Talent Attraction team is looking for a highly-motivated fully-remote Mexico-based Full Cycle Recruiter to expand our team in LATAM and help build a world class team that is reimagining the Directory space. You’ll be working with a wide range of executives and people leaders across the organization to determine hiring needs and foster a referral-friendly environment. We would like to upgrade our team with a self-driven recruiter who manages change smoothly while maintaining a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• To source review engage and screen sales marketing legal professional services customer success finance and operations candidates for our rapidly growing organization

• Drive candidates through the recruiting cycle keeping our ATS up to date at all times

• Engage with Hiring Managers on hiring needs while maintaining full responsibility for assigned roles

• Create and manage job postings and offer approvals

• Create an exceptional candidate experience for all potential JumpCloudians

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience

• Ability to manage change effectively and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

• Great communication skills

• Ability to work on a variety of roles (marketing customer success technical support sales finance etc) roles simultaneously

• Agency experience preferred

This role is remote in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role.

Language:

JumpCloud® has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
