Job Description

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Work on preparation of N-CSR, N-CEN and BEA regulatory filings
• Support in validations of N-PORT, CPO-PQR and Form PF regulatory filings
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient filing of data
• Ensure the filings are completed within the regulatory deadline
• Manage shared mailbox efficiently
• Prepare/monitor data sourcing and data ingestion processes

Work Experience/Knowledge: 

• 2-4 years of experience in regulatory reporting and filings for various product ranges is desirable
• Working in an asset management environment and experience in financial services (investment management) will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of N-PORT, N-CEN, N-CSR regulatory filings
• Understanding or prior experience of working on BEA 185, CPO-PQR and Form PF is a significant plus
• Strong analytical skills, Detail orientation, service commitment and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Formal Education:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance and/or equivalent work experience.
• Semi qualified CA / Semi qualified CMA
• Financial services industry related certifications.

Skills/Competencies/Attributes:

• Team player
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds industry, its product types and their regulatory requirements
• Understanding of various regulatory filings and reporting process
