Job Description

Aufgaben der Position und Anforderungen (fachlich, persönlich):

Hauptaufgaben:

› Fachliche Gesamtverantwortung zur Durchführung von Projekten zur Übernahme der
Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung auf Basis der Standardsoftware LOGA von P&I
› Wahrnehmung des Projektmanagements bei Neukunden sowie
Bestandskundenprojekten und Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten
› Durchführen von Kick-Off-Meetings, Initiierung und Wahrnehmung von
Projektterminen vor Ort und regelmäßige Telefonkonferenzen
› Analyse der Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung eines Sollkonzeptes
› Planen, Vorantreiben, Umsetzen sowie Soll-/Ist-Kontrolle aller Projektmeilensteine
und Organisation der dem Projekt vorgelagerten und nachgelagerten Prozesse

› Durchführung von Beratertagen/-workshops zu unterschiedlichen LOGA-Themen
› Durchführungen von Schulungen zu allen behandelten LOGA-Modulen
› Parametrierung der Software LOGA von P&I, u.a. Datenmigration,
Schnittstellenanalyse, Lohnartenmapping, Anlage von Reports
› Gewinnung von Referenzkunden
Fachliche Anforderungen:
› personalwirtschaftliche Ausbildung / Erfahrung
› Lohnarten / Zeitarten KnowHow
› Projektmanagement Kenntnisse
› Erfahrung in der Parametrierung von LuG Systemen
› Kenntnisse des Produktes P&I Loga (inkl. aller Module)
› tiefe Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungskenntnisse
› Kenntnisse der HR-Prozesse in einem Unternehmen
› Kenntnisse in Web-Technologien, Portale, Zeitwirtschaftssystemen
› Marktkenntnisse bzgl. Payroll und HR-Systemen
› Allgemeines IT- KnowHow; technisches Verständnis
› Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
› Gute Präsentationsskills (Powerpoint + Produkt)
