We are looking for someone with business and technology consulting experience to implement our SaaS solutions for new clients primarily large corporations.
We are looking for someone with business and technology consulting experience to implement our SaaS solutions for new clients primarily large enterprises. This position will allow you to contribute directly to the needs of our clients.
This position will allow you to contribute directly to our clients’ needs. You will work closely with our clients and the Apptio sales team to ensure the best possible experience with our services.

– Gather functional and business requirements from clients and translate them into functional solution designs

– Configure test and document Apptio dashboards reports and data models to conform to functional design and specifications

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

– 5+ years of experience as a business analyst consulting or technical analyst
– Experience in customer relations for system implementation

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

– Experience in data analysis
– Self-starter: able to quickly catch up on complex and difficult concepts with minimal support
– Experience with Excel SQL and other business intelligence tools
– Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
– Familiarity with implementing packaged software and SaaS applications
– Advanced knowledge of enterprise IT organizational business and technical environments
– Customer focused attitude
– Experience consulting on enterprise system implementations
– Ability to break down complex information into simple solution requirements
– Understanding in the areas of financial accounting management accounting and financial management
– Understanding and experience with data analysis and relational databases
– Proficient in handling large data sets and quickly detecting and resolving data related issues
– Able to iteratively create mock-ups and complete technical designs
– Design executive reports and dashboards SQL / SSRS KPI Tableau etc.
– ITIL or equivalent training/certification
