Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving standard IT finance processes, tools, reporting
- Support all other aspects of IT finances globally (cost center, projects, fees, services):
- accurate & relevant consolidated quarterly reports.
- Annual budgeting, forecast, and actuals. That means:
- Reconciliation of the IT Hyperion Accounts Actual bookings
- IT Budget Planning (CAPEX & OPEX)
- Conducting year over year cost and usage analysis
- Preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
- Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement and cost savings
- Providing financial models and forecasting
- Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
- Support processing and tracking Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Support IT Hardware and software license cost synergies
- Supporting Lease or Buy decisions
- Collaborate with other Department responsible members, IT vendor management, FI, Standard & PD&T and Communication
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in finance required.
- 3 years in an accounting / finance role a plus; Experience with manufacturing a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and an aptitude to quickly learn other software and applications; experience in SAP preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the organization 's goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the organization 's core business processes and operations, along with the strategic use of technology to grow a business.
- Demonstrated program management skills, including planning, and controlling processes.
- Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts.
- Ability to understand and communicate/present detailed and advanced business solutions .
- Ability to communicate up and down the management chain, providing the appropriate level of detail and focus on the right information.
- Able to exercise independent judgement and take action on it.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills .
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and directed .
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Able to persuade / influence stakeholders to drive optimization and standards.
