You’ll work at the intersection of law business and operations—serving as the connective tissue that keeps everything aligned and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your work will be varied challenging and meaningful. You’ll take ownership of projects across a broad range of legal operations including:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management : Streamline and support our contract review and negotiation processes.

  • M&A and International Operations : Collaborate on cross-border projects acquisitions and integrations ensuring smooth transitions and communication.

  • Compliance and Training : Develop programs that keep our teams compliant informed and engaged—across jurisdictions and topics.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with Finance to oversee the systems and processes supporting our vendor contracts ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

  • Process-Building and Improvement : Design implement and optimize workflows that enable our legal team to scale efficiently and deliver value across the company.

  • Problem-Solving Across the Board : Dive into tasks big and small—whether it’s identifying operational gaps supporting a new compliance framework or just helping the team stay organized.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal education.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in legal operations corporate legal departments or similar roles.

  • Strong understanding of legal processes contracts and operations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with tools and systems supporting legal operations (contract management equity platforms compliance tools etc.) is a plus.

  • A desire to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. (Trite but true!)
