IBM のプロジェクト管理者は、プロジェクト・チームを導き、その全体のパフォーマンス、スコープ、コスト、成果物を調整することに長けています。お客様はタイムリーで効率的な状況レポートを信頼するため、プロジェクト管理者はプロジェクトの指揮、メトリック定義、パフォーマンス管理によりその義務を遂行します。お客様やプロジェクト・チームの成功を助ける準備ができているなら、ぜひお会いしましょう。
あなたの役割と責任
本ポジションではIBM のオファリングやテクノロジーを活用し、官公庁・公共・通信・メデイア、医療等様々の業界のお客様に対し専門的なサービスを提案、リード、実装していく役割を担います。
＜主な業務内容＞
▼ 提案案件やプロジェクトのLead Architectとして：
- ソリューション検討（要件整理、ソリューション比較・選定、、）
- アプリ・基盤アーキテクト、標準化、テスト推進、移行推進、
- あわせて組織内でTechnologyをLeadする役割があり、直近ではMulti Cloudや生成AIについて自身のスキル向上、組織内への展開（アセット開発、勉強会など）を実施
必要なスキル・経験
実務経験や研修を通してArchitectとしてのスキルを向上し、Lead Architectを目指せること
歓迎するスキル・経験
・ プロジェクトやチームをリードした経験。
・ PMP、もしくはIPA（プロジェクト・マネージャー、システム・アーキテクト、データベース・スペシャリスト、情報処理安全確保支援士）資格保持
