Responsibilities:
Proposal process management.Maintain, update and manage a robust proposal library and third party database information sources.Conduct proposal planning and preparation activities that maximize time and ensure SME input during the proposal phase.Lead all kick off calls with internal sales team and draft reviews on proposals and proposal components.Prepare for delivery of all proposal documents for submittal.Capture and refine novel SME input and content. Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS).Minimum of 5 years of proposal management experience.Strong communication skills to manage the proposal stakeholders and coordinate input clearly and succinctly with all company and teammate stakeholders.Experience “owning” a proposal throughout the proposal life cycle.Experience supporting/contributing to the development of all sections of a proposal with specific experience as a writer.Experience working on several proposals/deliverables at once.Experience with Google Suite and MacBooks.Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.Bonus Skills:
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
