White Plains Hospital Physician Associates has a number of exciting full-time opportunities for radiologists on our growing team. The selected candidate(s) will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients while upholding our commitment to clinical excellence and an exceptional patient experience. Our radiologist positions are open to applicants of all experience levels, from new graduates to experienced radiologists, and include:

• Breast Imaging Radiologist
• Chest/Body Imaging Radiologist
• General Body Imaging Radiologist
• Neuroradiologist
• Nuclear Medicine Radiologist
• Ultrasound Body Imaging Radiologist
• MRI Focused Fellowship including Ultrasound/CT

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, maintaining compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Interpret medical images to diagnose a variety of conditions
• Deliver accurate, timely radiology reports detailing findings and recommendations for treatment
• Consult with referring physicians and other health professionals to discuss imaging findings and treatment options
• Perform interventional radiology procedures such as biopsies, angiography, and image-guided therapies
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and collaborate on patient care plans
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the radiology department
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Stay abreast of advancements in radiology technology, imaging techniques, and medical knowledge and participate in continuing medical education to maintain proficiency in the field

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited university
• New York Medical License/Active NYS DEA
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
• A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven health system
