We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Finance Assistant to join our team and help optimise financial operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys operational finance tasks, is ready to mentor colleagues, and is eager to collaborate with management on improving budgeting and planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Finance Assistant to streamline and improve day-to-day financial processes.
• Handle operational tasks such as invoicing, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Provide support in preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and offering financial insights to assist management with planning and budget allocation.
• Maintain communication with external stakeholders (clients, partners, and vendors).

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with a focus on operational tasks and process improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial software or tools.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with an interest in mentoring and knowledge-sharing.
