Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Designer to join our small, dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for concepting and creating visuals for marketing campaigns, presentations, and web pages. Candidates best suited for this role are self-starters with a strong confidence in their skillset and the ability to explain their design choices. You will work closely with our Content Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and CEO to ensure designs are on-brand, engaging, and aligned with our strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design conception and execution of marketing materials including email campaigns, social media graphics, web assets and presentations decks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and visual storytelling across all platforms and channels.
  • Create and iterate on design concepts based on feedback from internal teams and other stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our marketing materials are fresh and on-trend.
  • Ensure that all marketing assets are optimized for performance, including file formats, sizes, and accessibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual design principles.
  • Experience with responsive design, web design, and user experience (UX) principles.
  • Proficient in design for social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats within the marketing department.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new initiatives and processes.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
