Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Desk Associate to join the Equinox team at our Upper Westside location! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Under the direction of Spa leadership, support with daily activity of Spa operation
- Contribute towards the daily service sales goals of the spa by recommending treatments and enhancements to all clients
- Support working toward monthly retail targets by informing on and selling retail products to members and guests
- Support spa-driven club outreach events and programs to promote business growth
- Provide superior customer service to all members, prospects, and guests
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
- 1-2 years of customer service experienceÂ
- Minimum 2Â days per week commitment required
- Must be available during weekends
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving, and computer skills
- Must be enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, personable, passionate and knowledgeable about the spa industry
- Must be able to multi-task
- Be able to utilize new techniques and ideas
Pay Transparency: $18.20/hr., ability to earn additional incentives
