We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned individual to become an integral part of our EHSS Systems and Standards team. If you are a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with experience, we invite you to contribute to the success of our global Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability initiatives.

Where you come in:

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Lead and manage special projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance EHSS global systems and standards.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within the global EHSS department and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and mechanisms.
• Manage document control processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and maintaining an organized approach to EHSS documentation.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to EHSS leadership, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, supply ordering, meeting minutes, and catering.
• Manage the global budget, tracking department expenses, and identifying opportunities to optimize spend.
• Identify communication opportunities and establish effective channels, including designing and distributing the EHSS newsletter, updating digital displays, and supporting internal website updates.
• Ensure flawless execution of EHSS-related global events, celebrations, and team-building activities, fostering collaboration across sites, including our remote workforce.
• Support EHSS training by developing and publishing knowledge-based assessments and providing EHSS domain in the Dexcom Learning Center.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of related experience

Salary:

$82,900.00 - $138,100.00
