Job Description:

The Air Quality Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance projects, carrying out sensor verifications, calibrations of the analyzers, repairs that could not be solved in the stations, preparation of filters for sampling, logistics, stock control of consumables and reference materials, etc. In addition, this technician is the person in charge of keeping up to date with applicable regulations and new technologies on the market related to air quality.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Provide the documentary and technical support in the Air Quality Stations, executing implementation tasks according to appropriate standards and quality systems.
  • Report to project supervisor on progress and technical issues.
  • Identify, analyze and repair product failures. Order replacement parts as required.
  • Install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment (hardware and software).
  • Familiarizing yourself with customer needs and respond appropriately by diagnosing errors or technical issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • Document processes following all company archived procedures and protocols by cooperating with the technical team and sharing information throughout the organization.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Specific Skills:
    • Perform as service professional with customer care responsibility.
    • Develop cross discipline experience and enhance knowledge through working with other technicians.
    • Develop experience and improve knowledge of regulations applicable to air quality and calibration laboratories (uncertainty calculations, data validation and modeling).
    • Document processes.
    • Spanish fluent
    • English skill is a plus
  • Licenses or Certifications:
    • Technical degree or certification.
    • Vocational Training in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Maintenance, IT.
    • Driver license (B)
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Work closely with Field staff to implement appropriate policies to manage work flow and communication.
    • Ability to work as a team.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between 16,875€ and 22,500€. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market-competitive variable pay and benefits.
