Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara Norte.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Warehouse Supervisor's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversee the receiving and storage of merchandise.
• Knowledge of min/max "safety stock."
• Ensures that delivered orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains appropriate stock levels in the warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Oversee the shipping, receiving and distribution of merchandise.
• Ensures that delivered orders are filled accurately and efficiently.
• Performs quality control checks on all received products prior to storing or distributing merchandise.
• Maintains appropriate stock levels in the warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
• Ensures that the warehouse is maintained in an efficient, orderly, and safe manner.
• BAAN System Manage and "Atlas system" is also a plus.
• Experience in inventory management discrepancy detection and correction.
• Experience with personnel management.
• KPIs management

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree
• Knowledge and use of Excel (Intermediate)
• Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.
• Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
• Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Warehouse.
• Experience working in Workday & Kronos system management.
