Summary
About the position: This position will be assigned to the Little Rock AFB, AR - Razorback Inn.
Guaranteed 21 hours but can be scheduled up to 40 hours per week.
Physical Effort: Exerts moderately heavy physical effort, occasionally lifting and carrying heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds (about 23 kilograms); frequently lifting and carrying moderately heavy objects up to 40 pounds (18 kilograms); and frequently pushing heavy objects such as furniture on dollies and loaded carts.

This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
This position has been identified as a Test Designated Position (TDP). The incumbent of this position will be subject to and must consent to a pre-employment and random drug testing.
This position requires the incumbent to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
This position requires the incumbent to possess a valid driver's license and provide a current driving record.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Resume must reflect manual skill and knowledge to operate simple power equipment, such as powered push lawnmowers, leaf blowers, weed trimmers and low-pressure sprayer. Knowledge of basic hand tools such as hand-saws, hatchets, clippers. Must be able to read and follow simple signs and specific written and/or oral instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps.
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
