Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! Our facilities are located in New Jersey and Arizona, where we've created The Art & Science of Real — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As an Assistant Manager of Receiving, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the business to ensure proper inventory control and service level agreement compliance.  If you are a people-focused leader with a track record for delivering results, this could be the perfect match!

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team; provide coaching as needed to ensure individuals and collective team achieve performance metrics
  • Oversee incoming shipments from consignors while ensuring that items are inspected and reviewed accurately
  • Partner with luxury consignment office to manage fashion product being transferred to the authentication center 
  • Provide coverage on receiving floor; assist with product questions and distribution to increase department’s productivity
  • Point of contact for customer returns, authentication, merchandising, copywriting and inbound loading dock
  • Conduct weekly and monthly audits to achieve compliance with standard operating procedures
  • Uphold company brand and conditions standards
  • Oversee all inquiries sent to receiving support, ensuring responses are timely with correct information
  • Collect and interpret data to maintain high levels of standards for quality and performance

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience leading a highly functioning team in a metrics-based, production environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align work with company goals
  • Ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audienceAbility to lead by example and maintain a positive team culture Highly motivated, dependable and proactive
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude with a solutions focused mindset

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.)

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience leading a team within a warehouse production environment
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets

The expected salary range for this role is $57,317 - $77,571. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
