We are currently seeking a Java Developer - Phoenix or Charlotte to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

This is a permanent, fulltime, salaried position with benefits. Not open to C2C or C2H.

Hybrid work schedule: three days per week in client office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Work with stakeholder to gather the requirements
• Develop, test and deploy APIs
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented Java Code
• Cooperating with the front-end developer in the process of integrating the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services
• Producing, maintaining, and modifying REST APIs
• Ensuring APIS are developed using industry standard best practices
• Fixing any issues or bugs that arise

Basic, Required Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in development of RESTful APIs and Microservices using technology stack: Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Spring Batch, Kubernetes Services, Oracle DB,
• Minimum two years of cloud experience (Google/Azure/AWS)

Other Desired Qualifications:

• Expertise in Core java
• Expertise in Spring framework
• Experience in Multithreading
• Experience in Design patterns
• Experience in building Microservices/API from a Monolith application
• Experience in handling Web application vulnerabilities
• Experience handling production issues
• Experience in BDD and TDD; experience with test-driven design & development, unit and integration testing, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, DevOps, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Fortify, Sonar, Blackduck etc
