Lead Software Developer

Lead Software Developers needed in our Scottsdale, AZ office to design, develop, and deploy software applications, unit testing, analyze/debug new and existing software, performance tuning and optimization of existing code. Coordinate with the Development Team, the Project Management Office, business partners and 3rd party vendors through the entire lifecycle of a high-volume transactional system including analysis and design, development and operations support. Analyze, design and develop scalable reliable applications using tools including Java and .Net technologies to support transaction processing systems. Design complex object-oriented solutions based on advanced software development practices and methodologies. Design, develop and test new payment features and certify products with card brands. Design and perform unit testing plans and project implementation in an open source environment. Engineer and fine-tune software systems for scalability and high availability (DB locking strategies, multithreading). Implement and enforce best practices in code refactoring, unit testing and agile practices. Implement and maintain latest card payment industry compliance. Work with developers and vendors to implement system modifications and support the design, coding, configuration and production issues. Anticipate potential technical problems and operational risks and determine and implement solutions.

Position requires a bachelor degree or foreign equivalent degree in , and a minimum of 3 years of software development experience in the financial payment industry to include the following: ISO8583, developing & maintenance of card-present & card-not-present transactions, integration with Hardware Security Module (HSM), Key Management, integrating NFC/Chip/Swipe enabled terminals with payment switch, Terminal & Switch product certifications with major card networks, certified testing tools for terminals & hosts testing, PCI Standards, terminal-to-host & host-to-host payment integration, encryption algorithms RSA, 3DES, AES, Settlement/Reconciliation transaction processing, Store-And-Forward Messaging System (SAF), and Host-to-Host Network Management System (NMM).
