As People Experience Partner you will be responsible for executing the People Experience strategy and operations ensuring an efficient and effective customer-oriented service for employees and managers to create a positive & productive work environment. The role requires a broad understanding of HR best practices, HR Operations, Employee Relations and the ability to support both employees and management in various HR-related matters.
Your responsibilities
ยท Implements key Human Resources processes related to the employeeโs lifecycle, such as HR Operations, Performance Management, Talent Management, among other key HR processes.
ยท Provides advisory services to employees and managers on topics such as engagement, succession planning, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plansโ.
ยท Partner with the business in executing HR and business initiatives.
ยท Coordinate with third party provider on recruitment process for blue-collar roles, including warehouse workers.
ยท Onboard new hires by coordinating pre-hire activities and delivering orientation
ยท Input quality data into Workday, advise employees and managers on the system process flow, and monitor data flowing into payroll
ยท Draft and deliver communication related to HR processes/benefits
ยท Support benefit and absence related activities, escalating items to Region Benefit/Absence Partner as needed
ยท Promote positive employee relations through design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs
ยท Triage employee relations issues, managing common or routine issues and escalating more complex cases
ยท Conduct investigations, review policies, and gather relevant information
ยท Coach managers on delivering performance or disciplinary feedback with the goal of upskilling the organization to handle matters efficiently
ยท Act proactively to analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations

ยท Provide immigration assistance
ยท Participate in HR projects as assigned
ยท Implement preventative measures to reduce the frequency of employee relations issues
ยท Answer employee questions and escalate benefit issues through the Region Benefit Partner
ยท Work with Region Absence Partner as needed to support absences
ยท Champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans
ยท Drives operational excellence, permanently monitoring our KPI's, SLA's, goals execution, and looking for constant improvement
ยท Ensure HR practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations and make recommendations for policy updates as needed.
What you bring
ยท 10+ years of experience in HR, as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing, warehouse and office locations responsible for Employee and Labor Relations.
ยท Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
ยท HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or other HR Certification
ยท Spanish speaking capability is a plus.
ยท Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
ยท Workday or any other HRIS Systems experience
ยท Proactive and result driven mindset
ยท Problem Solving and strategic thinking
ยท Team player
ยท Commitment to confidentiality with a high level of integrity
ยท Experience applying key employment laws compliantly (ADA, Title VII, FMLA, etc.)
