This role is essential in designing and implementing strategic training programs that promote employee growth, leadership development, and long-term retention. You will champion career development, succession planning, and talent growth by working closely with department leaders to ensure clear, actionable career paths for employees. Identify high-potential talent and create opportunities for leadership advancement.
What You’ll Do
- Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to align talent initiatives with organizational strategy, ensuring a cohesive HR approach that drives company success.
- Lead workforce planning efforts, assessing current talent capabilities and forecasting future workforce needs to ensure a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Leadership Development & Coaching
- Design and implement leadership development programs, including coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives, to build future-ready leaders across the organization.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to managers and high-potential employees, focusing on enhancing leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and team-building capabilities.
- Employee Learning & Development
- Create and lead a robust learning and development strategy, providing employees with access to continuous learning opportunities, certifications, and skills development.
- Evaluate training needs across departments and develop solutions that address skill gaps, improve performance, and drive engagement.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support the recruitment team by contributing to hiring strategies that attract top talent aligned with organizational goals and culture.
- Oversee the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires have a seamless and effective transition into the company and are set up for success in their roles.
- Partner with managers to identify internal talent and create career pathways that encourage growth and retention within the organization.
- Performance Management & Engagement
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement, managing the performance review process and supporting initiatives that align with DAS's high-performance culture and business goals.
- Conduct talent reviews and engagement surveys to assess workforce sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement.
- HR Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee relations, and office management.
- Mentor and develop the HR team to optimize productivity and professional growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, learning and development, or HR roles with a strong focus on employee development
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering talent programs, with a track record of measurable impact on organizational performance
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to evaluate the success of talent initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for influencing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
