Senior SAP FI Consultant

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior SAP FI Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in SAP FI implementations and support, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality solutions and support to our business partners.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in all phases of SAP implementation projects: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live Support
• Conduct business analysis and design solutions for Finance topics within SAP FI
• Handle application configuration within SAP FI modules for change requests and minor projects
• Continuously enhance knowledge and ensure best practices in SAP FI system configuration
• Collaborate with external consultants to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of projects that meet quality standards
• Provide guidance and support to team members on financial topics
• Maintain SAP Configuration Data, including Cost Centers and Profit Centers
• Deliver training to end-users and create documentation consistent with organizational standards
• Resolve support tickets while adhering to Service Level Agreements
• Conduct regular review sessions with business stakeholders to collect feedback and enhance service delivery
• Facilitate technical training for fellow associates and newcomers

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on, project-based experience with SAP FI
• BSc/MSc in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Skills in standard customizing, configuration, and full project lifecycle implementation within SAP FI
• Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in managing multiple projects and requests

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP CO
• SAP courses, certifications, or relevant academic project experience
• Previous experience in large, complex matrix organizations
