保険業のお客様で稼働しているオンプレミスおよびクラウド上の業務システムを安定稼働させるための保守サービスを提供するテクニカル・エンジニアを募集しています。
あなたの役割と責任
・お客様の課題やニーズをヒアリングし、IBM SWに関する専門知識、テクニカルスキルを持って、グローバル製品開発部門とも協業し適切なソリューションを提案します。
・お客様の課題やニーズをヒアリングし、IBM製品(AIXWASDb2IBM Cloudなど)で構成される分散系システムに関する各種SWの専門知識、テクニカルスキルを持って、グローバル製品開発部門とも協業し適切なソリューションを提案します。

・当サービスは日本の分散系システムを構成するIBM SWを中心に、お客様システムの安定稼働をサポートするチームです。新たなチームの一員としてチームに携わっていただけます。
・社内のさまざまなSW製品に携わるメンバー（お客様担当SECE国内外の開発部門など）と協業しながら、案件対応が可能です。
・担当製品に限らず、関連する最先端の技術をいち早く習得しお客様に提案することができます。
◆◆◆ 担当領域（業界・製品サービス等） ◆◆◆
・IBMのSW製品全般（主にAIXWASDb2 RHELなど）や他社SW(VMware Deep Security)
・担当するお客様業界：保険業
必要なスキル・経験
・分散系システム(UNIX系)に関するインフラ全般の基礎知識
・分散系システムのソリューションの提案、構築経験
歓迎するスキル・経験
・チームリーダー経験
・日本のお客様と対面またはリモートでのコミュニケーションが前提となるため、日本語ネイティブ相当の日本語スキル
・英語技術資料の理解、トレーニング参加のためのReading/Hearingスキル
・英語によるコミュニケーションスキル（メール、電話会議）
