With a base salary of $340,000, $30,000 recruitment bonuses, and a low case volume, this opportunity offers high earning potential, while maintaining a great work/life balance.

Position Details:
•Monday - Friday schedule with minimal call and post-call day off. Additional call shifts available at a $1950/day rate.
•Level II Trauma Center - provide care for a wide variety of surgical specialties. No cardiac, complex neurology/spine, or transplant cases.
•Current providers are doing 3-4 cases per weekday.
•In addition to a guaranteed base salary of $340,000, enjoy a competitive compensation package, including call pay, extra shift pay, $6,000/year CME, generous signing and relocation bonuses, retirement savings plan, PTO, and full health benefits.
