We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product vision and planning for all assigned platform products. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and measuring initiatives that support the product lifecycle while following the product roadmap. The Product Manager gathers and prioritizes product and client requirements, documents Epics and Features according to current needs, and supports ongoing maintenance and enhancements of the products. To stay informed about current market developments, they analyze existing and new technologies and conduct competitive analysis.
In the Product Manager role, you will work cross-functionally, along with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the product(s) or enhancements to Client(s) and Clients’ customers. Additionally, you will interface with Clients, Sales, and Marketing to drive product direction and confirm the capabilities to meet market needs to ensure revenue and client satisfaction goals are exceeded.
This position is required to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Manage data integration and services across the DAS Technology portfolio and lead roadmap initiatives to expand service capabilities
- Deliver the product platform vision, product goals, release goals/acceptance criteria, desired business outcomes, and prioritized features and products to the Product Owner and Scrum Master to enable successful functional design and product development
- Formulate new product concepts or product enhancements to existing products to deliver on revenue goals and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the product platform and provide or facilitate getting key information out to enable supporting and implementing the owned products
- Identify improvements and changes in process, packaging, positioning, messaging, and targeting to enhance product revenues and direct cost attributed to product
- Build and confirm new product business case and vision with stakeholders
Management & Execution
- Manage and prioritize product roadmap and backlog for the assigned DAS product platform
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we are capturing the proper requirements, business cases, and user stories for assigned products
- Monitor product financial, sales, and marketing metrics, interpret the data for trends, and formulate any corrective action
- Act as a liaison for products across departments and DAS leadership
- Lead daily standups and weekly sprint grooming/planning meetings with the development team
- Identify clients’ needs and strategize how we can help fulfill those needs through our technology and solutions
- Define and analyze what success looks like for each existing and new product
- Measure and assess client satisfaction with new product introductions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building digital products for digital marketing, digital advertising, or other relevant experience on social media platforms, display advertising networks, search platforms, and other digital marketing platforms
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, business management, sales/presales, product development, or consulting environment in a technology-focused role, preferably automotive retail software
- Working knowledge of delivery products with Lean, Agile with Scrum
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills and ability to relate with and understand business audiences and develop technology solutions
- Working experience in conducting competitive research and analysis
- Extremely strong at executive presentations (framing arguments, design of information, presence when presenting)
- Work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
Education
The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited university
- Advanced technical education from a recognized program
- Demonstrated technical knowledge and equivalent work experience
