What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in a leadership role, preferably within the automotive or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of onboarding processes, client support, service delivery, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Experience with organic social media and reputation management is a plus.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for improving processes and delivering client success.
