Summary You will serve as a PIPEFITTER in the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration, Facilities Division (FAC) of UNIF SRVS UNI OF THE HLTH SCI. The Screen-out Element for this position is:1) Installing and maintaining high pressure, high temperature piping systems and equipment to provide steam and hot water; 2) Displaying knowledge of of the operation of valves, pump, gauges, regulators, expansion joints, etc. 3) Demonstrating utilizing a variety of hand power tool. I work under close supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.
