Your Role and Responsibilities
The job role of a Knowledge Sharing Adoption and Enablement Consultant is internally IBM focused lead position on a global scale and requires a digital marketing communications and change management skillset and lead experience. The candidate needs to be competent in change management be creative have experience of graphic arts and design thinking skills with an ability to track metrics and KPIs. The role also entails collaborative community building business and client engagement. This role will also support development of digital marketing and communication materials necessary to execute campaigns seek opportunities to help position Knowledge Sharing and Lighthouse as critical to corporate culture within IBM. They will be leading a creative team (media design content writing) to drive knowledge sharing culture changes throughout IBM Consulting which will drive adoption and usage of Lighthouse and the Lighthouse ecosystem (Spaces Voices AskLighthouse) through a combination of campaigns microtargeting and constant communications’ drumbeats with a regular cadence.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Previous studies and exposure in Marketing.
• Lead the adoption & enablement team in Knowledge Services
• Formulating digital marketing and communications plans to meet KPI goals by tracking metrics
• Digital media and marketing campaigns (writing scripts designs copy and working with video production)
• Promote awareness and adoption of knowledge sharing throughout the enterprise
• Provide community support represent constituents stakeholders sponsors and champions
• Liaise with trending technologies like generative AI to enable and support diversity of actions to drive innovation for marketing and communication plans.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Management/Lead experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (preferably in business and copy writing)
• Excellent analytical and consulting skills
• Technical understanding of content management systems and platforms
• Running Marketo campaigns (comms newsletters and microtargeting)
• Exposure with Agile methodology
